Nova Med Spa provides medical aesthetic treatments and skincare services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Laser hair removal, skin resurfacing
IV therapy, weight loss programs
All treatments are performed by trained and licensed professionals. Results may vary based on individual factors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system or by calling our office at 516-543-3940. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
You will receive appointment confirmation via email and/or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future appointments.
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All treatments carry inherent risks and potential side effects that will be discussed during your consultation.
